Synopsis:

This sequel is set three years after The Imperial Coroner (2021). It follows the story of imperial coroner Chu Chu and Prince An Xiao Jin Yu, and their friends and colleagues, Jing Yi and Leng Yue, as they navigate married life while continuing to do the crucial work of the Three Judicial Ministries三法司. 

As a number of seemingly unrelated cases rock the capital, the talented young team of the Three Judicial Ministries must work together to unmask the 'Peacock' behind the conspiracies, uncover the truth, and safeguard the peace of the people and the country.

First thoughts:

🐼: This long anticipated sequel to The Imperial Coroner (2021) brings the dream team back together, but several episodes in to season 2, nostalgia is doing a lot of heavy lifting.
